May 2008 - Hedy and Liberal leader Stéphane Dion make another visit to Insite, Vancouver's supervised injection site. Mr. Dion again pledged the Liberal Party's ongoing support of harm-reduction measures, pointing out the Vancouver Agreement (which opened Insite) was signed by then-federal Minister Hedy Fry.
